What is your question?
do you think my fuel relay fuse is bad

Hi, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Great question! On your 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee there are several reasons why it is cranking and not starting. A bad fuel pump fuse is definitely one of those possibilities, however there are lots of other possibilities as well. The first step would be to see if you hear the fuel pump kicking on for a few seconds when you turn the key on without trying to crank it. If you hear a slight hum from under the rear seat area, then the pump is coming on and the fault is somewhere other than the power supply to it. If you don’t hear anything, checking the fuse is a great place to start. However it could also be a failed fuel pump relay, fuel pump itself or several other components that play a part in supplying power to your fuel pump. The fuse is a relatively simple thing to eliminate, so definitely worth checking. If it is good, you may want to have the vehicle towed to a shop to get it properly diagnosed just because there are so many variables and potential causes for your no start condition.
