What is your question?
I have a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee limited with 5.7 l hemi I recently replaced thermostat, radiator an water pump, due to my radiator busting. During Winter the temp would stay around 200- 206 now that its getting warmer my temp rises up to 226 at sometimes then drops back down numerous times while driving, in idle it climb up to 212- 217. We had the whole system burped and thermostat changed at dodge after we replaced everything and couldn't get the system to burp. So Is this normal now or do I have another issue going on? All other Temps on vehicle is good. Heat works ac works and does not affect temperature. The only thing not replaced was fans.

Hello, have you checked the quality of the engine coolant temperatures sensor? Maybe the temperature measured is incorrect. I'm not too concerned about 212 degrees, but it sounds more like the sensor is off a bit. Hands on testing and other ways to assess temperature is needed.
