Couple second to move after pushing the gas

What is your question?

So the jeep get about 140,000 miles . It was driving fine , the RPM was little not steady , So time for some tune up , i used 2 seafoam in the gas tank back to back , then i change the spark plugs , air filter , the oil , it drive great for a week , then the car start to hesitates while driving and sometimes it take couple of seconds to move after pressing the gas , so any ideas why is this happening ?
