What is your question?
I have a transfer case output shaft seal leak and so far Firestone nor Jeep can figure it out. I took it to a man that worked with Dodge for 11yrs and he works on cars in his spare time. He said the only thing he could think of is the companion flange (see pics). My transfer case was replaced less than 3yrs ago, not a factory replacement. I attached the pics, he said he has to get the part from Jeep...is this right? I have like four pics if you need to see them

"My transfer case was replaced less than 3 years ago, not a factory replacement." Any time I hear of a "hard to find" concern, I look for variables. This is a big one. If you cannot guarantee the authentic genuine quality nature of the part (original equipment in this case), you really cannot count on anything being good. Any leaks need to be cleaned thoroughly and dye added to be analyzed with a UV light to see where leaks originate from. Then, you can determine what repair procedure is best.
