Having trouble with temp guage

What is your question?

Jeep was over heating at idle I changed the thermostat changed the ECT sensor tested the radiator fan it comes on low speed but I'm not sure it has high speed now my temperature gauge is acting weird and it's only running at like 150 I'm not sure what else to do

Turn the air conditioning on -- does the cooling fan kick on to high speed? If not, you could have a fan or control issue. Test equipment is essential to monitor component operation, such as engine coolant temperature readings. You're flying blind if you aren't testing.
