What is your question?
My 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado, has a problem with starting. I've taken it to several different mechanics, who have all misdiagnosed it. I've had a new fuel pump, fuel filter, sparkplugs, idle air control, and throttle body. None of these things have solved the problem. I also have found that when the engine is completely cold the car will start up right away.

I have exactly the same problem. After spending $300 "diagnosing" the situation, a mechanic said only the dealer could fix it. The dealer in Stone Mountain, GA, admitted this model had a history of such problem, promised to find problem, warned me it would probably have to replace the CPM and said to get around $1000 ready. I called every day and got the same answer, "we're getting closer but don't have an answer yet - it looks like the CPM..." They kept it for almost 2 weeks "troubleshooting" the problem, did not change the CPM, charged me $905 ($5 less than if they had changed the CPM), did not show all parts "replaced" and the truck still has the same problem... this happened last week
