Strange noise inside dash

What is your question?

When I turn off the vehicle, after about five minutes a fairly loud noise comes from the inside of the passenger side of the dash, behind the glove box. It sounds like someone with really bad gas, or a cell phone vibrating in the glove box. This is the only time it does this and it is loud enough to hear outside the vehicle. I need details on what this could be?
