Left rear brake lite not working

What is your question?

My left rear brake lamp does not lite up only when the running lite are one, the running lite works fine, the lite bulb has been replaced, when the brakes are pressed, the third lite and right side woorks fine, but no lites on the left side. THe left brake lite does lite up when the running lite are off, but is very dim
