I replaced the brake booster, master cylinder (and properly bench bled it), all 4 calipers, all 4 rotors, brake pads, and bled the system but my brakes still feel soft when pressed while driving.

Still sounds like air in the system. Have you bled the ABS system using a suitable diagnostic tool? That could be a concern. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops Beyond that a physical inspection is all I can suggest.
