JEEP RUNS LIKE TIMING IS WAY OFF. BATT & BACK OF ALT READ 14.3V.DASH SAY 9V MILS GO IN & OFF(ok before it ran like crap) . ECM HAS ALL GOOD VLT & GROUND SO DOES CLUSTER. PUG IN SCANNER ON CODES,(NO TRIP,NO HISTORY,NO CURRENT)BUT RUNNING VERY RICH ECM READ INJECTORS AT 9-19ms. FUEL PRESS. OK COMPRESSION OK NEED A SECOND HEAD OR 3 OR 4 OR 5 PLEASE THANK YOU????????????

basics basics. the voltmeter is most likely a ground issue. as far as running like crap, look at the plugs, coils for burning. the scanner tells you nothing of there condition. 9-19 is not abnormal for the injectors at all. if there was an issue, it would have thrown a 172 code. Roy
plugs were gap at .80 but replace (.35) w/t new ones and still run like crap. check coil each one fire ok. oh front o2 sensor was reading very lend dis connect # went up still the same. Did inj. balance test ok. Thinking of putting on a coil assm. and see what will happened...
