A/C BLOWS THEN STOPS BLOWING

MY A/C STARTS TO WORK THEN SUDDENLY THE BLOWER STOPS WORKING. I'VE NOTICED THAT WHEN I TOUCH SOME WIRES UNDERNEATH THE BLOWER IT TURNS BACK ON. THESE WIRES HAVE BEEN SPLICED AND CONNECTED TOGETHER WITH CONNECTORS. I'VE CHECKED ALL OF THE FUSES, I'VE EVEN REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR BUT ITS NOT THE BLOWER. HOW COULD I FIX THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM? ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Take a close look at the wires connections. They make not be making proper connection and causing your problem. You may need to replace the electrical connector plug.
