Is it true that 4L engine does not have not have a distributor and use coilpack

What is your question?

I would like to know if the 4.0L Jeep Grand Cherokee changed or developed their tune up kit, I was told that 4.0 Jeep Grand Cherokee no longer have distributor cap anymore and it has the coil packs instead since 1994. Please advise.

Distributors are old technology. Look at the right-hand side of your engine for the plug locations. Most 90's and newer will not have a distributor. I've never known anyone to remove coils in favor of a distributor, but I suppose it could be done.
