I replaced the blower motor resistor and wiring harness but now my heat/ac won't turn off, even with the car off
How long has your 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee had this problem?

If this is what the original problem was then you have a short somewhere. If this just started after you made your repairs it's possibly the new resistor is faulty or pins are swapped.
