Front Break Rotors

Sounds like they are rusted on, you live in a snow fall area and this is some what common. Just keep doing what you are doing. Get some ZEP 45 if you can, I find that stuff is the very best for eating rust and spray lots of it on the studs so the oil will work its way back on to the hub. I have had to soak rotors over the week end more than once. I would also spray lots of ZEP and then put the tires on and drive your Jeep, especially over bumpy roads to shake the heck out of the rotors. Sometimes, repairing a vehicle is not very easy.
