why does my jeep hop like its in a bind when the wheels turned all the way??

my 1998 jeep grand cherokee with a 5.2 v8 All Wheel Drive when im in a parking lot parking it or im taking off with the wheel turned all the way either way it hops and feels like somthings in a bind i could use some pointers on fixing it ...it only does this when the wheels turned all the way either way..please help
