the answer was either egr valve or map sensor why was fuel pump replaced what is your fuel pressure now try removing vacuum line from fuel pressure regulater while ideling if it sqirts fuel it is bad and is probably your problem to check egr valve find valve with engine running feel around bell area if you feel hot air blowing out of itr it is either stuck open or the diaphram is blown you can also check by pulling a vacuum on it if it doesnt hold its bsad if it pulls a vacuum but doesnt move the diphram and holds vacuum it is stuck open
