why does it still wobble?

If you mean bolting the caliper to the bracket itself being stripped then you may need new calipers. Stop by the milt's today and have them look at it. Right now you've thrown every part at this Jeep and it hasn;t solved the problem. Call Adrian at (707)643-7548

Replace the harmonic balancer. Keep tires/wheels balanced and aligned. Worked on mine. Google jeep death wobble.
