are window regulators for 1993 jeep grd chr rear interchangeable with front

I see everywhere power regulators for front windows but nothing for rear - are they the same as long as on same side (driver front same as driver rear?) car is old and only drivers front works can hear motors trying on back windows

How long has your 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee had this problem?
