Hello, Ground the black cable on your multimeter, and probe each wire with the red. Multimeters are protected circuits, so you should not be able to damage anything with this method. Instead of jumping over the relay, turn the key to "OFF", test all wires, write down your results. Turn key to "ON", do the same, compare your results. You should have a wire that reads 12v ON and 0v off. If you do, you can remove and bench test the fuel pump as well.
