The only other option is to try an independent shop that specializes in Jeeps but again, they'll probably refer you back to a dealer. In the interim, make sure you're being provided a loaner car and that they keep you informed of what's going on. It seems like you’re not alone in facing these problems. There have been multiple reports of electrical system issues with the 2023 model. These problems include faulty wiring, electrical shorts, malfunctioning infotainment systems, and issues with the Uconnect system. In some instances a software update has addresses the issue.
