the heater is not getting hot as normal. The low coolant lights stays on even when full.

Sounds like you'll need to have the climate control system looked at. The system controls the amount of heat delivered to the passenger compartment with an electronically controlled motor that is controlled by the climate control module (computer). You could also have a cooling system that is not functioning properly. It's best to find a shop that can properly diagnose the problem, so find a shop that specializes in Jaguar for the best results. If the engine is ever running hot, then stop driving it and get it towed to a shop. Good Luck
