My driver window can't go up and down

For the window issue; a test of the switch and motor is needed, and an inspection of the window regulator. Is there any noise when you press the button? If there is noise like the motor is trying to work, it could be a bound up regulator. Regarding the alternator and battery -- good test equipment at your local repair shop can accurately check both components for proper operation.
