window and seats not working

Check the switches for power and ground, check that the power and ground are present at the window and seat motors in response to the switches. I have a '99 vanden plas. I have seat and window computer modules that control the windows,door locks,sun roof etc. There is a main module than each seat or window may have one of their own. I bought a manual that showed all of this. I found a used module that went in my drivers door and drivers window opens now plus sun roof works right too. The part I found on ebay in england payed $10.00 shipping was $20.00, beat paying new prices.My mechanic installed.
