This is a very specific question that is probably best answered by a Jaguar and/or transmission shop that will perform the work. I had mine rebuilt for 2800.00, that is with a life time warranty included transferable to the family for the life of the car or until I run out of relatives. The dealership was going to charge me ~4000.00. They let me know that they contract it out to another shop anyway. It happened to be Amco.
