Check eng light started blinking, pwr reduced to 15miles and truck stalled.

I just had the engine replaced two days ago. And am having the same problem as with the old engine. Took truck into dealer back in Oct. of 2010. Reduce power light came on and was only able to drive about 15 miles/hr. While driving or idle the engine would just kill. When I took it into the dealer, all they did was change the cam actuator. 5 months later the engine killed. Had a new engine put in and just picked up the truck on Saturday April 28. Yesterday while driving the check engine light started blinking and the pwr reduced to 15 miles again and then then truck stalled. Today the dealer called and said that they are getting at least 15 different codes but they all seem to point to the camshaft cranks. Is there a known defect in this type of vehicle? What or is there any solutions. I just shelled out $4,000 for an engine and am experiencing the same issue as with the old one. I need some serious advise, PLEASE.
