What is your question?
In July 08 I rebuilt my a/t. Since then every six to nine month I am back to the shop because of a/t problems. It is in the shop now. It was jerking when tried to accelerate suddenly, actually felt like it was slipping. When breaking to stop it jerks as it shifts down. A/t repair shop checked my a/t. They said nothing is wrong except a/t is overheating to 360F instead of 180-190F. Told me overheating is not his issue, but just mechanical. Can any one coment on that? Is the repair shop just bs-ing me? I have lifetime warranty for their repair of my tranny.

Sounds like the fluid in the trans gets low and they just fill it back up. Look under your car and see if there is oil all over the bottom from the trans back. It shouldn't need trans fluid every six to nine months, unless it's leaking, or: If the trans is getting that hot, you need an auxiliary trans cooler added. If the car bucks and slips only when it's cold, it could be that when the trans gets that hot it is blowing oil out, then when everything cools back down, and until it heats up again, the trans is actually running out of oil as the low level sloshes away from the pickup when accelerating and braking. I bought an Axiom that supposedly had trans problems. It was doing the same thing yours is, but it only happened when it was cold. This was my second one and I knew what was wrong - low fluid level. Pulled the pan, cleaned it up, put a new filter and fluid in it, and it's still running. I'd get a trustworthy shop to take a look at your car. You're fortunate to have a lifetime warranty, but, in the meantime, something isn't right.
