The back hatch, radio has no sound but shows its working, and all this just quit working all at once. I have taken the battery cables off and tried to reset it but still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hello, the radio having no sound doesn't seem to correlate with a back hatch issue. I would recommend taking each concern separately until the point where testing leads to a commonality - however unlikely. None of the audio speakers have output?
