Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Super difficult to really know what's going on with your vehicle - with the limited information available. If "everything is dead" and you've replaced the battery - and no lights or any response from the vehicle occurs, then I would say that I would check the fuse box next for a possible blown maxi-fuse which could be preventing any power from flowing. This could blow due to an unsuccessful or backwards jump start attempt, as an example. Hard to know.
