Fuses for a/c, gauges and front lighter all blew out at same time??

2006 M45, v-8, 4.0. I changed a light bulb in the map light on my 2006 M45 and it blew out either the fuses or relay, where is the specific location of these fuses & relay?

What makes this problem better or worse?
