Why my ABS is TSC warning light always on, and front end progressively shaking

Why is my front end shaking constantly? It’s progressively getting worse. It makes a WÁÖÖW noise. It’s louder and it’s vibrating more vigorously within the last 4 months. The ABS light was on when I bought the car and he said it’s cause the brakes were just changed. When I turn my wheel while I’m driving it doesn’t seem to shake as bad. The TSC and/or ABS warning lights stay illuminated on the dashboard.I am not leaking brake fluid. Could it be the wheel bearing, control arm, bushing, ball joint??? Please help.
