What is your question?
Changed thermostat already. Car doesn't overheat in stop and go traffic or if idling with ac on? Radiator was replaced a few years ago? No leaks. Did change the fluid a few months ago and the bleeder valve broke and didn't replace it just put a straight tube in with no bleeder?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Steady rpms makes temps rise
How long has your 2006 INFINITI M35 had this problem?
A few months since I changed cooloant

If it doesn't overheat at all while idling around then it's safe to say the engine fan is working. If this is only on the highway or a steady RPM make sure nothing is blocking the radiator. Also, look under the car for missing plastic parts that form an air dam. This directs air to the radiator when cruising on the highway. If it's missing replace these parts. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
