REPLACED FUEL PUMP - WAS RUNNING BUT NOW NO POWER TO DASH INSTRUMENTS, GROUND WIRE ON PUMP MAY HAVE COME LOOSE . WOULD THIS CAUSE ISSUE. CHECKED FUSIBLE LINK IT'S OK , IS THERE A MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKER LOCATED SOMEWHERE?

Hello, no way to know without getting involved in hands on circuit testing of the components. My initial concern is - what is the quality of the replacement pump, what was the reason to replace it in the first place, what parts got swapped over in the change, did the sensing unit wiring become compromised in the swap. It's really hard to say. And so, going forward to dealing with checking the cluster, the circuits, wiring harnesses, relays and fuses - it's a pretty wide open situation with no clear place to start.
