When the gas gauge richies quarter tank it will not start, please give me some feedback

Hello, the air bag warning light indicates there is a problem with a component or function of the restraint system - from seat belts to air bags to the controls of the system. Testing is required to find out what is malfunctioning. As far as the no-start, is it possible the vehicle is out of fuel and perhaps a fuel gauge concern is occurring?
