Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. The red flag in your comment is that there is a 'new stock amplifier'. Why was there an amplifier replaced? My gut is that something about the new amplifier is causing a problem with the existing components, or there could be a circuit protection issue such as a blown fuse. Check and verify proper compatibility for your new part; check and verify all fuses are intact and not blown.
