Radio quit working I need to re program my raidio

I would reach out to your local Hyundai dealership for guidance here. The "code" would normally have been provided / recorded in the owners guide or literature when the vehicle was new. I'm not sure if you owned it in 2005 or not, but I would check the owners guide for notes.
