That's your upper control arm bushings, most likely. You can replace the bushings yourself as I have done, but you're most likely better off replacing the whole control arm. They're cheap and save time. Oh, BTW, don't forget to pre-load them before tightening the pivot points up in the wheel well...put a jack under the rotor or lower ball joint and lift to max height, then torque the pivot bolts and nuts as tight as you can get them...no, MORE...so they don't slip.
