Brake pedal sensor cause the car to not start?

We've had to replace the brake pedal sensor twice on my vehicle and it has been working fine until yesterday when leaving work. I tried to start it and I heard a "clunk" and then nothing. Not even a click. The lights are on and air blows, but it won't even try to start and I can't even get it out of park. Think it's the brake sensor again??
