Wheels squeal while driving

What is your question?

My wheels squeal while driving, brakes were replaced a couple of months ago. The sound started a week ago or so. It's pretty much only when driving straight. The slower I drive the louder the sound. Some days the sound isn't as bad. It seems to depend on the weather for some reason.

What makes this problem better or worse?
