What is your question?
Car purchase 10/05/21 from Palm Springs Ca dealer. Car had 13429 miles. Action above occurs approximately twice between servicing. We have reported this to the dealer but nothing has been resolved. The dash lights up as it jumps through drive modes once the letters showed BCA. On 5/27/24 I was driving about 40 miles per hour and it jumped into left lane almost causing a crash. It occurs at 40 or 70 miles per hour with no rhyme or reason. No warning at all! This is very scary and dangerous. There are no noises.

Hello, I cannot even think of why something like this would occur, unless it has to do with the aiming of radars or cameras that help with vehicle dynamics, if equipped. You have to be a little persistent and give latitude to a repair shop trying to test and duplicate this concern. Have you had the windshield replaced or any body damage to the front end? Sometimes something may be yet unresolved from previous repairs. Definitely work with your dealership, allow them to drive for an extended period and report back.
