Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your Santa Fe's ISG (Idle Stop & Go) system isn't functioning, and the dealership keeps replacing the battery, the issue could be with another component in the system. The ISG system is very sensitive to the state of the battery, and if it's not properly charged or the alternator isn't maintaining voltage levels, the system can deactivate. It could also be due to a sensor or module malfunction within the ISG system. Ask your dealer to check for any related software updates or possible wiring issues. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered. Give us a call at 877-913-1554, and we will happily help you out!
