My 2019 Santa FE outside temperature always shows 3 degrees over actual?

Hello, the ambient temperature sensor may vary in accuracy - so even if replacing it could be sensible for trying to make it better, it may not. You'll need to decide if it's worth the expense to attempt to replace it. I would not suspect another cause.
