What cycles with the key on without the engine running?

2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T 96,700 miles So I had the key in the on position (not running) to reset the oil service. I hear something moving back and forth behind the dash. Where the windshield meets the dash inside the car. No cats under the hood. Fluid possibly moving around maybe. Hence the sound in question. Wondering what cycles with the key on, like the fuel pump, or whatever. I know the fuel pump isn't in the dash but you get my drift.
