My key fob locks all doors except my driver's door. I must manually lock that door. The key fob WILL unlock all doors. Where to go from here? I think it was like this from the factory.

It could be pointing toward the door lock actuator in the driver's door since they can sometimes fail in one direction only, but it could also be a wiring issue or even a door latch assembly problem. If this has been happening since you got the car it may have just been overlooked for a long time.
