Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! It sounds like you've been through a lot of troubleshooting already. Since you've replaced major components like the battery, alternator, starter, sensors, and ignition switch, this issue could be related to the power supply or a grounding problem. Losing all power after the engine warms up is often tied to either a faulty relay or a wiring issue that’s only triggered once the system heats up. A few things to consider: 1. **Main relay or fuse box**: If the main relay (which controls power to the engine) is faulty, it can cause power loss when it heats up. 2. **Grounding issues**: An intermittent connection in the grounding system might cause power loss when the engine reaches operating temperature. Be sure to check all ground points for corrosion or loose connections. 3. **PCM (Powertrain Control Module)**: If the PCM is faulty or has a wiring issue, it could cause the car to lose power without triggering a check engine light. If these checks don't solve the issue, you might want to take a look at the wiring harness for damage or corrosion that only becomes an issue when the car warms up.
