Hello, You likely have a bad dimmer switch. It is on the dashboard, and it is used to adjust the brightness of the dash lights and gauges. If the lights are staying on, it may not be functioning properly. Mind you, this is without looking at the wiring diagrams, so if the dimmer switch is working properly let me know. I'll have to find where to check to determine what is giving it power.
