What is your question?
Does anyone else have this problem? The air bag light stays on. The dealer will fix it under warranty, but once the warranty is over, your on your own. I have contacted NHTSA about this before someone gets hurt. I'd hate to have the air bag go off in my face while I'm driving down the highway for no reason. The number to call is 888-327-4236 or www.safercar.gov

When the Air Bag Light is on the Air Bag System is OFF. When you have an Air Bag waring light on, that means that there is a fault code in your Air Bag System and so the system is turned off for safety. The dealer should fix the air bag light, not just turn the light off, that is an unprofessional approach. When I get a car in the shop with an Air Bag light on, I either fix the problem or leave the light on, nothing in between. You can find a shop that will actually fix the problem, many dealerships aren't that great at Diagnosis. I know, I have worked in several and many are just about the money, not properly repairing the vehicle. http://repairpal.com/hyundai-repair-in-alamogordo-new-mexico
In 2001, my Santa Fe needed new air bag installed after I took it to dealer. It was under waranty then. But you should get it checked out in case the air bag is bad.
