The clicking and the TCS light may be connected and may not be. Typically, clicking during a turn is a CV axle going bad, a ball joint failing, or the wheel bearing grinding apart with added stress from turning. If the wheel bearing is the issue, it will cause the vehicle to read how fast the wheel is turning, so it will not be able to monitor for traction loss (TCS light). It could also be the wheel speed sensor, or the TCS control module (Part of the ABS control module, most likely). A stop by an ASE certified technician will tell you what is going on based on the noise.
