Without hearing the noise first hand its hard to guess at what the noise may be. I have see the exhaust manifolds crack on the Santa Fe but someone experienced in car repairs would have to listen to the noise to determine what the noise is.

Hi, I just have the same problem and I had realize that it is the bearing, in my case it's the front passenger wheel bearing that is working wrong.
