Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Your vehicle features dual zone climate control, which means that the driver side can be set at a different temperature than the passenger side. One of the possible causes of concern is that the driver side might not be adjusting to cold when desired. This could be due to a motor failing, or a linkage or plastic door failure where that motor is. The motor turns a door to change from warm to cold air. An inspection is needed. Other concerns could be an undercharged air conditioning system, due to a leak or performance issue. Hands on evaluation is needed.
