What is your question?
It only happens about once a week. So I'm afraid if I take it in for service they won't be able to replicate it. It is a phev and it happens in electric mode. I don't know if it happens in hybrid mode, I'm rarely there.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Haven't found any reason

Hi, unfotunately, without any diagnostic data available, it's hard to know what's going on until you replicate the concern while testing it. So, if there is no stored failure data - it will take some time and effort for any technician to determine what might be happening. The good news is there are many technical resources for a dealership to lean on - especially with a newer specialized vehicle like this. Technicians can read up on your concern with the manufacturer and their technical assistance, along with technician forums they use to share concerns and resolutions. Perhaps you are not the only one having this problem and other people have experienced it with their vehicles -- and it's a known thing that can be resolved. I'd suggest reaching out to the dealer for guidance on this one. Good luck!
